Our client is seeking full time Supervisors – Mortgage Processing to supervise the employees in the Mortgage Processing group.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  
*Supervise the day-to-day Mortgage Processing function/operation.
*Train and develop new and less experienced Processors.
*Monitor the development and progress of new/inexperienced processing/closing staff.
*Solve complex related processing questions, problems and issues. Acts as a liaison between procesing and Client to resolve issues and distribute communication to staff and management.
*Delegate and review the work of the processing group on a daily basis.
*Provide processing status reports to management as requested.
*Perform operational process reviews, makes recommendations and implements improvements to the mortgage processing system.
*Provide input that is heavily weighted into direct reports` annual reviews. Delivers those reviews with management.
*Provide input that is strongly considered during the hiring of new employees.
*Works in conjunction with the manager to provide coaching and/or discipline when neccessary.
*Resolves Time and Attendance isues.
*Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients and monitor the same of the staff. Ensure Clients` customer service surveys maintain minimum scores to rank above average and strive for outstanding.
*May provide reports for Client processing status and individual staff production to management. Ensure accuracy of ordering/accounting system.
*May conduct training for processors and closers. Training will include but not be limited to: UniFi system, processing/closing workflow, and processing/closing procedures.
*May review client reports with Client Team Leads monitoring accuracy of UniFi processing system. Production lines and volume providing feedback to management.
*Assist processors in completing changes in the Unifi processing system that require a supervisory override.
*Must be able to meet established minimum daily expectations for this position.
*This position may require frequent overtime, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet client service level agreements.
*Perform other duties, as required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor`s Degree; will allow substitution of job experience in lieu of a degree.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one to three years` experience in a lending operation environment or its equivalent preferred. Must be able to solve problems using sound judgment and experience.

FUNCTIONAL AREA SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Has a thorough understanding of the work environment and process, with a working knowledge of the organization and a strong level of technical skills required to complete assignments. Ability to plan, organize and schedule own work. Good business or technical vocabulary. Detailed knowledge of company operations, organization, and personnel. Must display proficiency with computers and related office equipment. Ability to supervise the work of other employees.

Salary:  $43,000-$65,500 Salary
