â€¢ Oversees the development of policies and procedures that address industry accepted servicing standards of performance as they relate to non-performing loans.<br />
â€¢ Oversees the development of policies and procedures that address regulatory compliance requirements as they relate to non-performing loan servicing.<br />
â€¢ Ensures that internal operating procedures and organizational functions promote sound internal controls to mitigate regulatory, financial and operational risks.<br />
â€¢ Analyzes changes in the servicing portfolio and the impact on responsible unitâ€™s operating procedures and staffing.<br />
â€¢ Negotiates with and manages external vendors providing services to the assigned business unit to ensure each service is performed according to contract requirements and according to accepted servicing standards.<br />
â€¢ Resolves customer complaints and disputes that have escalated beyond the department Managers or Team Leads.<br />
â€¢ Oversees workflow and organization of assigned business unit.<br />
