This is a strategic position. Overall mission would be to Implement plan to attract, develop and retain top talent in the marketplace. Client is not looking for a recruiter.</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Requirements:</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Corporate recruiting background, came up thru the ranks starting preferably with a large vendor as a technical recruiter then became a corporate recruiter in technology for financial services firm or large corporate company. Then worked way up thru ranks to become recruiting manager and eventually more of an HR generalist focusing on Internal Mobility,Talent Aquisition and Asessment.</p>

<p dir="ltr" align="left">Internet recruiting and sourcing skills</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">1-3 years of agency experience</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Prospecting skills</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Resourcefulness</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Experience in cold calling and networking</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Prior sales experience is a strong plus</p>
