<p dir="ltr" align="left">They are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Senior Human Resources Manager/VP. This person will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including domestic and international recruiting, new hire management, training and development, payroll and benefits administration.</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Requirements:</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">7 – 10 years progressive career track in Human Resources</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Domestic and International recruitment experience</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Strong hands on payroll experience</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Managerial experience</p>
<p dir="ltr" align="left">Excellent verbal and written communications skills</p>

<p>3. Develop, document and, where necessary, validate SQL code against the agreed URS.</p>
<p>4. Work with IT department DBAs to ensure proper installation and performance of stored procedures.</p>
<p>5. Ensure that programs are developed and deployed in a manner compliant with corporate and manufacturing regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR Part 11 a plus).</p>
<p>6. Develop and deliver SQL training as needed.</p>
<p>7. Be a member of a strong, responsive team that is reliable and flexible to shifting demands.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>1. B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 5 or more year’s industrial experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP or Manufacturing regulated environment.</p>
<p>2. Demonstrated expertise in programing for MS SQL Server 2005 or later.</p>
<p>3. Ability to create complex tables, stored procedures and views with transaction level locking strategies.</p>
<p>4. Experience using DTS/SSIS desired.</p>
<p>5. Experience defining and building necessary audits and controls to ensure the accuracy of the data.</p>
<p>6. Experience/exposure to using Visual Basic.NET and NET CLR extensions to SQL Server a plus.</p>
<p>7. SAS programming experience a definite plus.</p>
<p>8. Background in structured programming a plus.</li>
</ol>
<p>9. Ability to research and resolve.</p>

<p><strong>Salary:    $100,000 -$105,000</strong></p>
