Our client has an immediate opening for an Implementation Project Manager. They are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career path. This position is based out of their NYC office, but heavy travel is required. You may be away for long periods of time domestically and internationally. This is a full time position. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing their proprietary software packages and products at client sites in the Energy and Financial sectors. You will manage teams, develop project plans and budgeting, coordinate resources, and hold weekly project management meetings. The PM will also coordinate and meet delivery dates, and track project risks and issues. You will manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. This person will work in a team to set goals, understand client requirements and develop detailed plans. The Project Manager will act as the primary client interface and ensure consistent client satisfaction. You may be required to provide sales support and other related tasks required to support our client`s products and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A BS/BA degree or higher is required
3+ years of project management experience is required; You must have experience implementing software
3+ years of experience with trading and risk management is required
MConsulting experience is required, preferably in the financial services or Energy markets
Solid understanding of application development life cycle (SDLC or TLC)
Strong skills with MS Project, Excel and Word
Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills

- The role will be responsible for the website and the associated Solutions subscription product lines.

As a member of the eSolutions team, the Client Manager supports the initiatives of the department. The Client Manager is responsible for day to day internal client management responsibilities, as well as managing e-mail initiatives, website metrics, and website marketing projects.　 Internal Clients include Sales, Product, Marketing Mangers, Investor Marketing, Operations and others.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with client and develop expertise in client’s domain

Educate client on eSolutions offerings including e-mail, Advisor Centers, Internal Knowledge Management System (Apollo), home page placements, Advisor newsletters, Brainshark, Survey and Polls, product pages, special sections, literature center, reporting, and tracking

Manage development implementation of client website projects

You will be responsible for facilitating their internal and client product training classes. The Trainer will be involved in creating, reviewing, and implementing training services rolled out by our client. You will also prepare system training databases for the training courses. The Training Specialist will work with Project Managers on training needs analysis and course follow up after completion of classes. You will have the ability to create new and engaging classroom training programs.

The Training Specialist will rotate with other trainers in teaching our internal University class. Here, new employees have the opportunity to gain exposure to our client in general and the different products they offer. You will also rotate with other trainers traveling to various client sites. At client sites, you will be required to teach a number of different classes related to our client’s products.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

A Bachelors degree, preferably in computer science, engineering; or education or certification as a Technical Trainer

3-5 years experience in developing and delivering technical training courses to internal and external clients
