The Senior Performance Test Engineer is responsible for driving the definition and implementation and execution of a repeatable performance testing strategy for highly scalable, Web transaction and hosted services platforms. 
This is a hands-on position. Candidates must develop best practices and test plans and tools to facilitate performance, scalability, and stress testing of the Hosted Server applications. Work with cross functional teams to define performance metrics to measure and come up with use cases and data. Work with the Project Team to define performance acceptance criteria for applications.
