<p>Responsibilities:<br />
Providing financial advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and public and private financings as well as for financial and tax reporting purposes; Rendering financial opinions with respect to valuation, fairness and solvency; Performing valuations of businesses, equity and debt securities, loans, derivative instruments, structured products and intangible assets; Performing detailed due diligence including site visitations, management interviews, review of strategic alternatives and legal documentation as well as business, financial, industry, and market research and analysis; Constructing and maintaining sophisticated, scenario driven financial and valuation models including analysis of financing alternatives, cash flow and IRR analysis, LBO/debt repayment analysis, accretion/dilution analysis, sum-of-the-parts valuation, discounted cash flow valuation, comparable public company valuation, comparable merger and acquisition valuation, loan pricing and derivative pricing; Continually monitoring certain economic, industry, capital market and company trends and developments; Preparing and presenting detailed financial analyses and reports to directors, senior managers, lenders and shareholders; Interacting and coordinating with equity sponsors, investment bankers, accountants and attorneys on a daily basis; Managing multiple engagements simultaneously with tight-deadlines in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment; Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients through periodic conversations and meetings; Conducting business development and support including prospecting for new clients and leads, preparing and presenting marketing materials as well as scoping, pricing and negotiating assignments.<br />
Requirements:<br />
* At least five years of relevant experience.<br />
* Prior Management experience required<br />
* A thorough understanding of valuation theory and practice.<br />
* CFA or ASA required<br />
* MBA preferred</p>

<p>The Senior Performance Test Engineer is responsible for driving the definition and implementation and execution of a repeatable performance testing strategy for highly scalable, Web transaction and hosted services platforms. <br />
This is a hands-on position. Candidates must develop best practices and test plans and tools to facilitate performance, scalability, and stress testing of the Hosted Server applications. Work with cross functional teams to define performance metrics to measure and come up with use cases and data. Work with the Project Team to define performance acceptance criteria for applications. Drive the creation of automated performance testing. Drive and help define and establish benchmarking and performance metrics for release to release. Create and execute performance scripts using third party or in-house developed tools. You must be able to provide analysis of performance test results and recommend improvements. You must demonstrate working knowledge of .NET, and Web technologies. You must have an experience in scripting language or OOP language.</p>

<p>Work closely with product and development teams to develop web based software solutions</p>
<p>Carry user interface design projects through the design and development cycle (including user research, testing and analysis, requirement gathering, conceptual design, interaction design and interaction specifications) while working closely with both the product and development teams</p>
<p>Create site maps, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes</p>
<p>Work directly with product managers to define product requirements focusing on efficiency, ease-of-use, and positive software feedback</p>
<p>Work directly with development managers to ensure all changes are properly executed and will have a preponderance of positive impact on the user experience while having minimal impact on existing development resources</p>
<p>Prototype detailed and intuitive user interface designs for external and internal applications incorporating end-user feedback by exploring new concepts and implementing creative new solutions while working within, and occasionally extending, our existing platform, company, and industry standards</p>

<p>7+ years software design and development experience, with a minimum 5+ years of UI development</p>

<p>Ability to hand code HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery</p>

The Mobile Solutions Team, with the support of Senior Management, is charged with the evolution of how clients access and leverage the valuable data, intelligence and workflow solutions in Capital Market and Investor Relations. </p>
<p>This person will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of solutions to clients via mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. This team will provide valuable insight into the mobile solutions strategy supporting clients across multiple products and business verticals. This includes working with business leaders to gather and prioritize market and client requirements, create detailed Functional Specifications, collaborate with development resources, provide quality assurance and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing and roll-out. The selected candidate, and his or her team, will ensure that large web-based applications and advisory services translate appropriately into the mobile world.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Principle Duties and Responsibilities of the Mobile Applications Business Analyst:</span></p>

This hands-on Senior Unix engineer is expected to be heavily involved in planning, designing and implementation of multiple internal infrastructure projects as well as provide day-to-day assistance for system administration, operational support and problem resolution to the Unix Engineering and Support Team.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:<br />
-Provide 24&#215;7 supports for the enterprise-wide UNIX environment including daily AIX administration, problem determination and resolution, and support of a highly virtualized environment.<br />
-Perform AIX and 3rd party software upgrades including planning, design and implementation.<br />
-Assist with performance troubleshooting and analysis<br />
-Drive usage and adoption of advanced virtualization technologies provided by Power and AIX Enterprise Edition including active memory virtualization, live partition mobility and WPARs<br />
-Provide both operational support and engineering direction on series hardware design including VIOS, network, storage and workload balancing<br />
-Establish standards and best practices to be used by the rest of the AIX team<br />
-Identify opportunities and implement process improvements based on automation or elimination of unnecessary administration<br />
-Provide technical design along with hardware and labor estimates to support projects<br />
-Provide installation and ongoing support of IBM Tivoli products<br />
-Develop and implement scripts to streamline ongoing management of the AIX environment<br />

-Remain current on the latest technology as new versions of Power hardware and AIX software are released<br />
