The Global Director of Compensation and Benefits will be in charge of the Corporation’s compensation and benefits strategy, planning, policies, programs and effectiveness. They will direct all processes around the company’s reward plans, salaries; and implementing processes and timelines.
* Manage global compensation policies and job performance and evaluation.
* .Lead staff in health (medical, dental, prescription plans), retirement plans, life and disability insurance and administration for the US.
Location: Northern, NJ
Salary: $140,000 – $165,000
