1872 – Derivatives Processing IT Ops Support Analyst – LoanIQ
Responsible for the successful delivery of support and development for the global LOANIQ environment:
* 3rd line/final escalation point for all LOANIQ operational and support isses – online production and development environments, user support, feed/interfaces support, batch support, reporting support
* Working closely with related teams to ensure system integrity through provision of system monitoring / alerting
* Ensure suitable Development & QA environments support and management for full regression testing
* Create and enhance online system/support documentation
* own bcp initiatives within the group – envt build , support recovery and ensuring infrasture and documentation is compliant to MS standards.
* Perform Impact Analysis and management for special events (Business and IT Events, holidays)
* Take a lead role in Regional and Global Outage Recovery calls (e.g. Code Blue / Code Red / Code App / ITC3 Outage calls), including troubleshooting, communication, and resolution
* Proactively manage the loaniq production and devt envts infrastruture – release mgmt, capacity, performance, hotfixes.
* Create adhoc reports for users
* Train other members of the DPOops team to support the LoanIQ application
Skills Required:
Experience providing technical support to LOANIQ
Experience proving 2/3rd level application support in a fast paced banking environment, preferably Lending
experience dealing with vendors and outsourced support
Understanding of follow-the-sun support rota
Experience working with customers, business analysts and other IT teams to coordinate a fix
Exposure to LOANIQ, DB2, SQL, PERL scripting, Unix/Linux, TCP/IP, Mainframe
Ability to manage outages and problems through to resolution
Sound development skills
good communication skills and ability to build relationships with users and other IT teams
Skills Desired:
General understanding of the Lending Business
