The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing activities for the prorietary web-based application. The Quality Assurance Analyst will also participate in process improvement strategies, process documentation and compliance activities in order to ensure that periodic external audits result in favorable assessments.

 A good candidate would possess the following:

· Minimum of 3 years experience in Financial Software, Quality Assurance/Audit related fields

· Create, execute, track and report on test cases for Integration Testing; Regression Testing; Quality Assurance Testing; User Acceptance Testing; Client Portfolio Regression Testing; Production Upgrade Testing; Performance Load Testing; Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Testing

· Identify the test data per use case and per test case; validate functionality based on requirements and use cases

· Validate business rules in calculation, financial planning and reporting engines

· Develop and maintain the automated testing scripts

· Knowledge of various automated tools

· Work on department-wide activities such as process improvement efforts, gather and report on quality metrics, and participate in pre-and post-implementation reviews

· Work closely with teams of business analysts, developers and testers throughout the entire development life cycle.

· Possess a good understanding of client server and web-based technology solutions and architecture

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Great multi-tasking skills
