Risk Solutions Sales Specialist – NYC

Our Client an Industry expert in Credit & Risk Analysis is currently seeking a Counterparty Risk Sales Specialist in NYC. Candidate will be required to develop business strategies and execute growth oriented sales plans.

Position will include working closely with Sales Directors to build a consistent sales approach for Counterparty Risk Solution products for existing customers. As well as,¬†with the Product team to ensure the company’s value proposition is well crafted and connected for sales opportunities of new products.

Ideal position for a strategic thinking self-starter who strives on generating ideas and demonstrating initiative.

 

*** Role requires 30% travel.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy creation and execution, which may include collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Driving new business sales through direct client interaction
  • Identifying new prospects, initial engagement and sales negotiations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in risk management sales/business development experience within financial services.
  • Proven track record of solution sales, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk analysis and modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

 

Location: NYC

Salary: $130K -140K Base (OTE approx. $225K)
