Our client, a leading software developer of trading and risk management software for the financial and energy sectors worldwide, is looking for an entry level programmer/developer to write scripts.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Test, debug, and maintain existing custom scripts

Adhere to established coding guidelines

Develop technical specifications and perform QA for scripts developed by others

Write technical and end-user documentation

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

A bachelor’’s degree in computer science, or other technical areas

Strong knowledge of SQL

1-2 years AVS experience in C, C++ is preferred

Strong knowledge of JAVA

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience supporting financial or energy trading and/or trading operations is a must

Solid understanding of Our client’s simulation results, particularly the greeks, and market index structures is a plus

Experience in Our client’s financial AVS development is a very big plus

Travel is required to client sites located in the US, Canada and elsewhere

Must be willing to travel 50% domestically and internationally
