Our client is seeking to hire a Global Head of Research and Structured Finance Workflow Solutions. This new senior role will take ownership of two key aspects:
- The role will be responsible for the website and the associated Solutions subscription product lines.
- The role will have responsibility for the P&L of the Research and Structured Finance business lines.
Management of the various Websites including free & subscription content
This will require understanding key client requirements as well satisfying the demand of internal users from across the Company. Taking on responsibility for the website in its entirety means to optimise the customer experience, improve operational efficiency and update a high quality dynamic website maximising their online presence.
Specific responsibilities include:
-Develop and maintain web site architecture
-Develop a system to work with key stakeholders across the company to prioritize content addition/change requests and implement those changes in a timely fashion
-Monitor site traffic and initiate and implement a formal reporting process and develop plans to increase usage
-Develop and implement a strategy for a regional website design & maintenance
-Ensure subscribers are able to find content easily and have leading edge tools to analyse the content
-Manage team of product managers to execute the above working in conjunction with IT group and Product Operations
Commercial Management of Research and Structured Finance Business Units
This will require the individual to be able to think strategically about the credit information businesses, build robust business cases to get the required investment and then to be able to execute on those business cases.
Specific responsibilities include:
-Meet Revenue targets for each business through soundly executed Go to Market Plans and marketing strategies
-Increase market visibility of Company product lines
-Develop business plans to grow revenues of each business unit
-Ensure the sales force are equipped to position and sell the Company product range to the right users with the necessary information on competing products
Requirements:
Individual must have 10+ years of similar Rating Agency experience or running research or portal management in a Ratings agency or Investment Bank.

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
