Our client is a top consulting firm with offices around the world that provides a broad range of federal, state, local and international tax services. They are currently looking tor a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager with a strong track record of working effectively on complex client projects, and extensive transfer pricing experience.
Responsibilities:
Evidence of an interest in how businesses operate across the value chain, strong project management experience and a high level of client contact is advantageous. As is a background In economics or business consulting.
A track record of completing complex projects for businesses
A track record of delivering high quality work for clients; demonstrating an understanding of the client’s business and relevant professional standards and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience in leading teams; respecting and valuing all people and encouraging different perspectives.
Experience in building internal and external relationships and networks.
An ability to plan and deliver work against tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Eight years of experience
Strong background in advisory related projects with an audit, tax, and/or advisory services firm
Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, quantitative analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business from an accredited college/university
Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
Thorough understanding of the U.S. Regulations and international pricing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently
Strong MS Word, Excel, Access
Location: Short Hills, NJ or New York, NY
Salary: $100,000 – 140,000 Plus Bonus
