Our client is a financial advisory firm hiring a team to include: Valuation Analyst, Senior Analyst and Assistant Vice President in their Princeton, NJ or NYC location.
The three openings for Valuation Analyst/Senior Analyst/Assistant Vice President roles are within any of the below departments:
1. Trust, Estates and Gift Tax
2. Broker Dealer and M&A
3. Litigation
4. Financial Reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration or another related field is required. Masters Degree and/or CFA Designation (or CFA candidate) preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years valuation experience required. Dependent upon department of interest, must have applicable valuation background within that area (Trust, Estates and Gift Tax OR Mergers & Acquisitions OR Litigation Support OR Financial Reporting).
• Background in generating financial valuation modeling utilizing standard methodology practices that include Discounted Cash Flows and Comparables.
• Minimum two years working with trust and estates.
• Working experience with Excel modeling required.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; experience preparing and reviewing valuation reports.
• Strong technical skills including Word and PowerPoint skills
Location: Central NJ or NYC
Salary: $65K-$120K Plus Bonus
