Responsibilities:
- Managing projects and supervising Analysts and Interns
- Performing corporate, fund and asset valuations including analysis of discounted cash flows, capitalization of earnings, comparable companies, merger and acquisition transactions, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, stock option analysis, illiquid debt investments
- Preparing written valuation reports for client presentation
- Solvency and fairness opinion analyses
- Developing client interaction and participating in due diligence meetings
- Conducting company, industry, and economic research
- Analyzing general economic conditions and industry specific conditions and trends
- Participating in the hiring and training of Interns and Analysts
Requirements:
- 4-year degree necessary with an emphasis in finance or accounting
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business valuation. Must have experience in purchase price allocations and other financial reporting related assignments, as well as business valuation experience.

Intermediate/advanced understanding of economics, financial theory and/or principles of accounting.

Location: NYC (Hybrid Role)
Salary: $105K-$155K range Plus Bonus
