** This position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
- Perform industry research
- Analyze business plans, as well asperform financial statements and benchmarking analyses
- Prepare and review model accuracy including discounted cash flow and transaction methods
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or similar.
- CFA a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Business Valuation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Hybrid : Central NJ / Remote
