Responsibilities:
They are currently seeking a Senior Manager of International Taxation. This role is responsible for the delivery of a full range of international tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include interacting closely with clients to provide international tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise; developing and managing staff; working closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development and business development activities; and formulating and delivering expert international tax planning and savings strategies.
The Manager will be responsible for the efforts of a number of client services teams on client engagements; they will plan, execute, direct, and complete international tax projects across a wide variety of industries. They will provide consulting, and compliance expertise to clients, manage the delivery of a full range of international tax services. They will advise them on effective use of tax treaties, provide planning related to offshore investments activities and repatriation programs, and assist them in making effective foreign investments. They will also be responsible for setting client service team goals and conducting reviews of complex international tax returns.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA, Master’s in Taxation, LLM in Taxation, or JD.
A minimum of eight years of progressive tax consulting experience, with at least seven years focused on international taxation.
Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company.
