Our Client, is seeking seasoned professionals to further expand its market presence in the stock-based compensation and complex securities advisory services arena. The will consist ofexpanding the volume and variety of engagements and well as building a team of professionals to meet client service needs.

Company practice areas include complex financial reporting, valuation, corporate finance, dispute resolution, enterprise risk, outsourcing, process and technology, reserve engineering and geosciences, restructuring, strategy and organization, and tax.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus)
  • 8-12+ years relevant experience preferably with some Big 4 expertise.
  • CFA / CPA Certification preferred

Public Accounting national network is highly favored as the firm is actively expanding.


Location: Any Major U.S. City 

Base salary: $200-$275K

Manager – Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Managing associates and senior associates on engagement teams to provide valuation, damages analysis, and financial advisory services to clients, including selecting and applying appropriate methodology, writing opinions and reports, and supporting conclusions through audit, regulatory review, or litigation
  • Calling on potential new clients by independently developing a network of referral sources
  • Engaging in various other practice development activities (including professional association leadership, conference presentations, and technical publication and scholarship)

 

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in finance, accounting, or economics or MBA degree
  • CPA and/or CFA or related professional credential
  • Minimum 5+ years of related consulting experience
  •  Expert testimony experience a strong plus
  • Expertise in generally accepted analytical approaches and methods
  • Experience involving complex valuation, damages, or transfer price analysis within a litigation context
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
