Excellent opportunity to work on top deals, gain and develop key industry contacts, and be responsible for revenue generation. This senior leadership position is that of a Doer /Seller, and manage valuation engagements while being instrumental in business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Work cooperatively with our client to ensure the ultimate list captures direct competitors, upstream and downstream players, and financial buyers / private equity groups
- Preparation of Marketing Materials and Confidential Memoranda
- Responsible for the negotiation phase, including deal structure (stock vs. asset sale), transaction consideration, working capital thresholds, or indemnification escrows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar. MBA Preferred.
- 10+ years relevant experience, ideally with an accounting firm.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
- Familiarity with all aspects of due diligence.
