Our client is seeking a Credit Director/Senior Director – Legal position within the Leveraged Finance area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of debt and legal structure documents.
- Perform analysis of quantitative and qualitative factors influencing credit quality.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and author research.
- Conduct meetings with industry management teams, and present analysis of companies to internal credit rating committees and external groups.
Required Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or another related field. Masters preferred.
- CFA/CPA is preferred
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant experience which must include a background within legal or formal credit training.
- Deep credit analysis and financial skills.
- Strong understanding of loan and bond documentation.
Location: NYC or Chicago, IL
Salary: $140K-$195K
