Partner, CPA – Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation (Philadelphia, PA)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform partner level compliance review
  • Leading departmental training for associate level professionals and fostering a learning environment of continuous improvement.
  • Expanding services to existing clients,
  • Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the client engagement
  • Supervising, training and evaluating advanced level staff
  • Coaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of their career.
  • Assisting in recruiting, developing training material, and acting as an instructor in professional development programs.
  • Initiating business development activities and developing an internal and external circle of influence; participating in networking events, marketing events, and training.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar. MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years relevant experience, ideally with an accounting firm
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
  • Broad background and knowledge in litigation/expert services.

Location:  Philadelphia, PA

Base salary: Highly Competitive + Quarterly Bonus and Year-End Bonus
