Responsibilities:
- Perform partner level compliance review
- Leading departmental training for associate level professionals and fostering a learning environment of continuous improvement.
- Expanding services to existing clients,
- Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm.
- Overseeing all aspects of the client engagement
- Supervising, training and evaluating advanced level staff
- Coaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of their career.
- Assisting in recruiting, developing training material, and acting as an instructor in professional development programs.
- Initiating business development activities and developing an internal and external circle of influence; participating in networking events, marketing events, and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar. MBA Preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience, ideally with an accounting firm
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
- Broad background and knowledge in litigation/expert services.

Base salary: Highly Competitive + Quarterly Bonus and Year-End Bonus
