Our client, a nationwide retailer, is seeking several District Managers to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a focused leader who acts with initiative to execute their resposibilities. They will manage assigned stores within a district. There are multiple locations available
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure district compliance to all company policies, directives and operational standards
• Visit all stores within each district on a planned schedule, providing constructive guidance and to review operational performance
• Monitor store sales and payroll performance of all stores and initiate action plans to achieve company goals
• Review P&L statements monthly with each store manager to ensure all controllable expenses are within company guidelines
• Ensure compliance of company cleanliness standards and general store appearance
• Coordinate action plans with each store manager to execute shrinkage reduction programs in their stores
• Monitor the results of store cycle inventories and store audits to ensure corrections of any deficiencies
• Ensure all loss prevention communications are followed to maintain awareness of shoplifting issues and internal theft
• Maintain compliance to all safety rules and regulations
• Ensure timely execution of company procedures for new hires, promotions and all other status changes through routine communication with each store manager
• Monitor all training programs of new store managers
• Approve all required status changes and ensure consistent salary administration within the district
• Ensure strict compliance to all Federal, State and Local laws and accurate record keeping of store personnel files
• Communication with buying staff on any merchandise needs, new items and stock levels
• Ensure timely execution of all merchandise presentation guidelines
• Monitor the prompt and accurate completion of markdowns, price changes and store promotions
• Communicate new store location possibilities and availability of new sire locations for existing stores
• Report any significant changes within the district concerning vacancies, competition or any other real estate issues
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field, 5 years Multi Unit experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and plane
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Hanging apparel experience a must
• Must currently be District Managers or have worked as a DM within the last year

The Senior AIX Engineer will be providing 24×7 technical support for a large enterprise Unix/AIX server environment. This hands-on Senior Unix engineer is expected to be heavily involved in planning, designing and implementation of multiple internal infrastructure projects as well as provide day-to-day assistance for system administration, operational support and problem resolution to the Unix Engineering and Support Team.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide 24×7 supports for the enterprise-wide UNIX environment including daily AIX administration, problem determination and resolution, and support of a highly virtualized environment.
-Perform AIX and 3rd party software upgrades including planning, design and implementation.
-Assist with performance troubleshooting and analysis
-Drive usage and adoption of advanced virtualization technologies provided by Power and AIX Enterprise Edition including active memory virtualization, live partition mobility and WPARs
-Provide both operational support and engineering direction on series hardware design including VIOS, network, storage and workload balancing
-Establish standards and best practices to be used by the rest of the AIX team
