Our Client is seeking an experienced CPA Director to provide Complex Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance advisory services. This is a phenomenal opportunity to play a key role in building a successful practice and grow within the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to contribute to the growth of the firm. Role involves extensive networking, research, and relationship building activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA or equivalent required)
- 8-15 years’ experience in financial reporting, external audit, corporate financial reporting, technical advisory, transaction advisory, or related services.
- Advanced Technical accounting memos and/or technical subject matters expertise. (US GAAP/IFRS/SEC)
- Strong account management and business development skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Prior experience as a FASB Post Technical Graduate Assistant or FAAS Group at the Big 4 accounting firms preferred.
Managing Directors with a book of business would be considered
Location: Any Major U.S. City
Base salary: $180-$275 plus bonus
