Our client is a top consulting firm with offices around the world. Our client provides a broad range of tax and advisory services. They are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery and completion of projects within the transfer pricing department. To do so they will prepare analysis of economic and financial data, determine regulatory compliance and prepare reports. Review and analyze financial statements. Perform research on comparable publicly traded companies They will develop and maintain client relationships. In addition they will be responsible for the supervision and mentoring of staff members.
Manage and deliver transfer pricing services
Develop and maintain client relationships
Supervise and mentor staff members
Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packages
Qualifications:
5 years experience with advisory related projects
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
Considerable progress towards an advanced degree
Hands on practical knowledge of valuations and transfer pricing,
Excellent analytical abilities with quantitative analysis, and financial statements
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Exposure to statistics, plan evaluation, or operational performance analysis is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and able to work well in a team environment or independently
