Our Client, a Global Acquisition Firm is seeking a M&A professional in the US with a successful track record of completing deals within the country. The intention is to acquire & invest in companies in the US and are looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced individual within the M&A sector to work with us in creating successful opportunities and completing deals.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or similar
CPA a plus
Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
Familiarity with the M&A market in the US
5 years+ in an M&A business (Buy side)
*** Must have U.S citizenship or permanent residency
Location: Nationwide
Salary: $100K-150K range and up depending upon experience
