Our client is a small firm that provides valuation services to technology companies. Seeking a Valuation Analyst to produce valuation reporting utilizing standard valuation methodologies and practices. This role provides valuation for Common Stocks, Purchase Price Allocations, Fairness Opinions, Estate Taxes and Litigation Support areas.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Masters Degree and a CFA/CPA designation preferred.
• 2-3 years of valuation relevant experience required. Big 4 Firm a strong plus.
• Ability to analyze financial valuation models and communicate assumptions effectively.
• Knowledge of technology markets desired.
• Strong skills in Excel and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid project management and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours around critical due dates.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary: $75K-$80K Plus Generous Bonus Paid Two Times Per Year and 401K
