Our client is a top financial advisory firm is looking to grow their litigation consulting practice, which is small yet growing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex matrimonial litigation projects.
- Perform advanced financial analysis including asset tracing, lifestyle analysis, business valuation, cash flow analysis, income available for support, and settlement structuring .
- Communicate and review results with clients in a timely and efficient manner .
- Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced degrees including MBA or JD highly desired.
- Preferred certifications: CPA; ASA/CVA/ABV; CFF; and CDFA
- Training in divorce mediation and collaborative law highly desired
- Five plus years’ experience in litigation and matrimonial forensics highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to forensic accountants who have asset tracing experience with openness to applying this skill to matrimonial litigation
Location: Remote but must reside within driving distance to Central NJ
Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus Package
