Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing  the delivery and completion of projects within the transfer pricing department. To do so they will prepare analysis of economic and financial data, determine regulatory compliance and prepare reports. Review and analyze financial statements. Perform research on comparable publicly traded companies  They will develop and maintain client relationships. In addition they will be responsible for the supervision and mentoring of staff members.

Qualifications:

5  years experience with advisory related projects

Considerable progress towards an advanced degree

Hands on practical knowledge of valuations and transfer pricing,

Excellent analytical abilities with quantitative analysis, and financial statements

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Exposure to statistics, plan evaluation, or operational performance analysis is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and able to work well in a team environment or independently

Financial Analyst (NYC)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports/presentations for senior management with detailed and insightful analytics.
  • Analyze expenses and explain variances against different scenarios (budget, reforecast and prior years).

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of finance/accounting experience, specifically with a minimum of 3 years in expense management and budgeting.

Seeking a Senior Network Engineer to be responsible for the architectural design, planning, and implementation of various networking environments.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
