Client`s Litigation & Valuation Services Group consists of a knowledgeable team of consultants whose goal is to provide superior, specialized services to attorneys in various areas of litigation support. They provide assistance to both matrimonial and civil attorneys utilizing forensic accounting, specialized analysis and reports, assistance in mediation and negotiation, expert testimony and written reports, cross examination and related assistance, financial report preparation, financial exhibits and other visual aids, discovery interrogations and depositions, and damage calculations.

Requirements:

CPA and /or MBA and current public accounting/valuation consulting experience
Business development experience required

Looking for someone who does in this order of importance:

-Commercial damages, shareholder disputes, business valuations, some fraud/forensic, a little matrimonial cases

Financial Analyst (NYC)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports/presentations for senior management with detailed and insightful analytics.
  • Analyze expenses and explain variances against different scenarios (budget, reforecast and prior years).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting Business Administration or another related field is required. Masters Degree and/or CFA Designation (or CFA candidate) preferred.
  • 6-8 years of finance/accounting experience, specifically with a minimum of 3 years in expense management and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to create professional reports and presentations

Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis, design and configuration of all system components. Define Department/Clinical requirements including: SEC, Enterprise Security Groups and Rights and Environment Profile Settings.

The Help Desk Support technician is a member of the Management Information Systems Department with specific responsibilities for the support of the organizations desktop computer, network and telecommunications infrastructure. This technician will work with the end-user community to provide general applications support, resolve day-to-day operational issues, proactively identify and resolve recurring issues, and provide formal, informal and one-on-one training to end-users.
