Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact and present company property tax consulting services to property owners and lessees to generate proposal opportunities and secure new business to expand our customer base.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue generation targets for new and recurring business as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Any coursework in valuation or securities analysis is a plus. CFA or CAIA designation(s) is a plus
