Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact and present company property tax consulting services to property owners and lessees to generate proposal opportunities and secure new business to expand our customer base.
- Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve revenue generation targets for new and recurring business as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Any coursework in valuation or securities analysis is a plus. CFA or CAIA designation(s) is a plus

0-4 years Experience in financial services, real estate valuation, real estate assessment, property management and/or real estate brokerage highly preferred.• Successful track record in new business development and/or account management.• Experience in telemarketing/cold calling.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

Salary: $50K-$80K base +commission, bonus and healthcare benefits
